Rhythmic Gymnastics

This is a class that combines the love of dance with the challenge of gymnastics and where you will learn to perform routines with hand apparatus such as hoops, ribbons, ropes, balls and clubs. Our Rhythmic Gymnastics Club (RGC) is accredited by the British Gymnastics Association and our classes will enable you to compete and/or to perform in display performances. Estha Jones, former International Rhythmic Gymnast, is a highly qualified coach and judge, up to International level and choreographs for the county’s highest level gymnasts.

Dexterity Display Company

This programme is a further strand of the club for experienced gymnasts who want to continue with their passion for the sport with no competition pressure. Dexterity Display Company are a team of gymnasts who are passionate about the beauty of the sport and thrive in the real pleasure of performance. They have either Rhythmic or Artistic Gymnastics experience and are coached by professionals in both dance and gymnastics. We have an acclaimed reputation for Gymnastics & Dance performances.

Acrobatics

Our Acrobatics classes follow the Acrobatique syllabus which is proven to increase the skill level in both dancers and gymnasts alike. This is a very popular programme that has proved to be highly successful and is loved by all. So if it’s your dream to nail an aerial or a standing back tuck this is the class for you.
