What we do in this class:
The aim of the class is to work progressively towards tumbling skills through strong body preparation from forward rolls to somersaults. Our acrobatics programme follows the Acrobatique syllabus, which is a safe and progressive structure, that is proven to increase the skill level both in dancers and gymnasts alike. This class will improve body strength, flexibility and coordination.
This is a very popular programme that has proved to be highly successful and is loved by all. So if it’s your dream to nail an aerial or a standing back tuck this is the class for you.

Tots: Pre-school age
G1: 3-5 yrs
G2: 5-7 yrs
G3: 8-10 yrs
G4: 9-11 yrs
G5: Junior Dance Squad
G6: Secondary age
G7: Senior
G8: Senior
Age largely dictates the Groups (G1-8) but other factors are considered and Group allocation is at the discretion of Estha and the teachers.
