The aim of the class is to work progressively towards tumbling skills through strong body preparation from forward rolls to somersaults. Our acrobatics programme follows the Acrobatique syllabus, which is a safe and progressive structure, that is proven to increase the skill level both in dancers and gymnasts alike. This class will improve body strength, flexibility and coordination.
