Zanshin is a non-combat training system blending the ancient disciplines of Indian Yoga, Chinese Wushu and Japanese Budo (Samurai Swordsmanship). Improves stamina, flexibility, core strength, mental alertness and over all wellbeing. It was devised by Xandy Sahla over many years in order to keep up his samurai training in even the smallest hotel rooms anywhere in the world while his work commitments meant that he was often away from home and the dojo for long periods.
This unique system can be performed at any fitness level. It is the perfect way to start getting fit and flexible for those who are a little gym shy and want a little more out of their work out than simply pumping iron. It is also the perfect complement to anybody already heavily into a sport but maybe lacking flexibility and dexterity. It can be done by the elderly and infirm who want to slow down their bodies from tightening up and reduce the growing aches and pains of old age.
