Musokan Dojo martial arts and well-being sits alongside our dance school. The specialist Dojo is headed by Xandy Sahla, former National and European 5th Dan Iaido Champion and former member of the British Kendo Team in three World Championships.
We have lessons for all ages in traditional Kendo, Iaido and Jodo. Students will be able to compete and grade in these forms.
There are classes for younger children in Kids Kendo and we also have Zanshin Samurai Fitness which is a complete mind, body and spirit workout for all ages and abilities. This is a unique training program currently exclusively on offer at Dexterity.
On Saturdays we have Tai Chi and Yoga where we offer pay-as-you-go adult classes.
