Ballet Blitz Body Conditioning (BBBC) is a combined body conditioning progamme that merges Progressing Ballet Technique and Pilates with other bespoke methods to improve muscle strength, flexibility and body balance.
BBBC consists of training exercises using fit balls and resistance bands to focus on each muscle group relative to ballet exercises.
This class is recommended for every student in the school. There is no performance for this class; it is solely based on fitness. This class can also be taken by non-dancers.
It is difficult for students to feel what muscles initiate the correct alignment in ballet training, however, as the fit ball is continually mobile under the student’s body, it gives the students a sense of posture and weight placement whilst feeling each correct muscle group.

G1: Start2Dance 3-5 yrs aiming for parents close by
G2: 5-7 yrs
G3: 8-11 yrs Junior
G4: 8-11 yrs Junior
G5: 12-14 yrs Inters
G6: 12-14 yrs Advanced
G7: 15-18 yrs Senior
Age largely dictates the Groups (G1-7) but other factors are considered and Group allocation is at the discretion of Estha and the teachers.
