In her teens Louise gained her Associate Ballet Teacher with IDTA as a student at Liverpool Theatre School, performing in summer seasons and professional pantomimes as a member of Equity. Louise completed her BA Hons in contemporary dance at London Contemporary Dance School, with special interest in anatomy, physiology and complimentary therapies for healing dance injuries and did a residency with Laurie Booth (which complimented her Muay Thai Boxing and Tai Chi).
In the leisure industry Louise became a BAGA 1 Instructor and also went back to some of her Sports Acrobatics, Modern Rhythmic, ballet and tap teaching roots. After moving out of London, Louise investigated her passion of the body, training as a holistic therapist (aromatherapy, remedial/Swedish massage/reflexology/diet and nutrition) and then became a qualified Fitness Instructor facilitating 1-1 and group activities for the elderly. Louise then moved into the Adults with learning and physical disabilities using all her dance, fitness, diet, complimentary therapies and then outdoor pursuits interests (supporting rock climbing and qualification as a Basic Expedition Leader).
Veering off into Reiki Louise became a Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor, teaching freelance alongside her complimentary therapies. Moving into the NHS as a Health Trainer, focusing on healthier lifestyles, her role evolved into becoming a Wellbeing Navigator and to her current job as an Employment Advisor, part of mental health team. In 2018 Louise qualified as a Table Thai Stretch Massage Practitioner and Progressive Ballet Instructor. Louise always continued to do volunteering using her various skills, such as a choreographer for Scout Gang Shows and performer for Dance and Disability Projects and Air Training Corps.
